We are seeking a dedicated Academic Quality Officer with expertise in Management programmes to join our academic team and ensure consistent, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Review and monitor assessment decisions in Management programmes to ensure fairness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Support lecturers in applying best practices in assessment, grading, and feedback.
- Standardise teaching and assessment practices across Business, HR, Project Management, and related disciplines.
- Review and update teaching, learning, and assessment materials to maintain relevance and quality.
- Maintain accurate quality records and prepare documentation for audits and compliance.
- Lead and participate in training and standardisation sessions for academic staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment processes.
- Master’s degree / MBA in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in academic quality assurance, teaching, or programme assessment.
- Strong understanding of academic assessment standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and EdTech toolsfor monitoring and reporting.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to support teaching staff.
- Passion for maintaining academic standards and student success.
