Job Description
Job Summary
- An Account Administrative Officer oversees daily financial tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations, while also managing office administrative duties such as procurement,record-keeping, etc.
Responsibilities
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
- Good organisation, time management and scheduling skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Requirements
- Male preferably
- Must reside within Lekki phase 1, Lagos state
- Must have accounting and administrative experiences
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
