Job Description

Job Summary

  • An Account Administrative Officer oversees daily financial tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations, while also managing office administrative duties such as procurement,record-keeping, etc.

Responsibilities 

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Excellent organisation skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
  • Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
  • Good organisation, time management and scheduling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

Requirements

  • Male preferably
  • Must reside within Lekki phase 1, Lagos state
  • Must have accounting and administrative experiences
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
