Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Account reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Administrative support: Performing general administrative tasks like sorting mail and responding to vendor or client inquiries.
- Record keeping: Posting financial transactions, organizing financial documents, and maintaining accounting databases.
- Transaction processing: Processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling payments and deposits.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 1 - 2 years experience.
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and general computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
