Account / Inventory Officer at OTIC Surveys Limited

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account/Inventory Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring, and controlling inventory to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth operations.

• Record and reconcile all financial transactions accurately.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and also prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain proper records of inventory, stock levels, and asset movement.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical counts with system records.
• Work with procurement and operations teams to track stock usage and replenishment.
• Support audit processes by providing accurate financial and inventory data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, inventory management, or a related role.
• You must reside around the Sangotedo, Lekki, or Chevron axis, or have reliable accommodation within these areas
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/inventory software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Integrity, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
