Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare Insurance GIT Order for payment
Updating Terminal & Shipping Payable & Receivable Schedule and Reconcile with import
Updating Prepaid Schedule/Audit Fees Prov. and Pass Month-End entry
Passing JV for Payroll Entries
Liaise with Admin for any BRS Pending entry/approval
Pass Bank Receipt for Terminal & Shipping Refund
Updating Corporate Customer WHT Schedule
Follow up with Payable Team for quick Release of Payment
Perform other functions as requested by Seniors
Daily Debtors Matching for All Coy's
Passing JV for Inter-company transactions (Customers Deposit)
Passing of Customer PDC Entry
Co-ordinate with Dispatch Rider for Lodgement of PDC to Bank
Liaise with Payments Confirmation Team for all PDC Related Issue
Send Daily PDC Deposited Report to Payment Confirmation Team
Assist in Customer Billing
Perform other functions as requested by Seniors

SALARY: 250K – 300K
