Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations and oversee payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Leverage IT tools and cloud-based financial systems for enhanced data management and reporting efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of financial data stored on cloud platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other cloud-based ERP systems.
Working knowledge of IT tools and cloud computing environments as they relate to financial operations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications, such as ICAN, ACCA, or their equivalent, are an added advantage.
