Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources.
- Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Handle procurement of office supplies and consumables.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
- Provide support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Interested Candidate must reside in Lagos.
