Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Front Office & Communication: Serving as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, answering phones, managing emails, and handling inquiries.
  • Record Management: Maintaining accurate student records, attendance data, and staff information using school management software.
  • Financial Administration: Assisting with budgeting, processing invoices, managing petty cash, and ordering school supplies.
  • Operational Support: Coordinating school events, meetings, and assemblies, as well as providing administrative support to teachers.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring school policies, regulations, and safety procedures are followed.
  • Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance of school buildings and grounds, sometimes assisting with contractor hiring for repairs.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
