Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role and procurement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,zoom meeting creating skill).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations, including cleanliness, supplies, and workspace management.
- Manage and maintain an effective filing and document management system.
- Monitor and coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Track and maintain an accurate office asset and inventory register.
- Handle office procurement requests and liaise with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Organize internal meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR administrative duties including employee records, onboarding documentation, and leave management.
- Prepare and manage correspondences, reports, and presentations as required.
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory obligations like business permits and insurance.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external inquiries.
