The Lagos-based aviation services company is also recruiting an Administrative Assistant to manage daily office operations and support staff. This role involves maintaining efficient office systems, coordinating schedules and meetings, and handling routine communications. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with all departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Key duties include organizing files and records, managing office supplies, preparing documents, and providing general assistance to managers and employees. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Perform day-to-day clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and record-keeping to ensure accurate and organized information. Manage calendars and scheduling by booking appointments and coordinating meetings for staff and managers. Handle incoming communications: answer phone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports and presentations as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees; assist in organizing company events and meetings. Monitor and order office supplies, maintain office equipment and manage inventory levels. Provide general support to staff and departments (e.g. HR, accounting, projects) and perform other administrative duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; a certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Office Management is an advantage. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-service orientation. 
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management abilities. 
  • Attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential information.
