Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused candidate to join our team as a Front Desk Officer/Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate must be resident in Benin City with minimum 2 years of experience and able to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors professionally and courteously
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure security procedures for visitor access
- Collaborate with departments as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with operating office equipment like multi-line phones and printers
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
