Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Administrative Intern
to support the Supply Chain team in procurement, logistics, and vendor management. The intern will assist in documentation, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in pursuing a career in supply chain management or business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Supply Chain department.
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Track and update delivery schedules, orders, and inventory records.
- Support communication with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Help prepare supply chain reports and maintain relevant databases.
- Organize and file procurement and logistics documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating departmental meetings.
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
