The Role

We’re looking for a

who knows how to sell media, close deals, and build brand partnerships. If you’re confident pitching ideas, negotiating sponsorships, and earning based on performance, this role is for you.

• Source and pitch brands for podcast ads, sponsorships, and branded content
• Close advertising and partnership deals
• Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and SMEs
• Work with our content team to align brand goals with show formats
• Track leads, deals, and performance
• Hit (and beat) agreed revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum
  2 years experience
  in advertising sales, media sales, partnerships, or sponsorships
• Strong communication and pitching skills
• Comfortable selling digital media or content-led products
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Existing brand or agency contacts is a plus
