AI Data Operations Specialist – Finance at OA Digital Media Limited

Manages the extraction and organization of daily finance-related data from banking, payroll, and payment processing systems for leadership and AI analysis.

• Monitor finance systems (QuickBooks, Stripe, Gusto, bank portals).
• Track daily cash flow, account balances, expenses, and payroll updates.
• Document and label finance metrics in structured Google Docs.
• Run AI prompts to identify financial variances from day to day.
• Support budget tracking and financial forecasting by providing clean data feeds.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Feed finance KPIs into Databox for at-a-glance executive monitoring.

• Experience in finance, accounting, or payroll processing.
• Familiarity with Stripe, Gusto, QuickBooks, and banking portals.
• Strong financial data interpretation skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards.

• Reporting Discipline:
