Job Description
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the full range of the company’s products and services.
- To navigate and work with HubSpot CRM.
- Engage with leads through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social networking.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and handle rescheduling as needed.
- Maintain clear and precise documentation of outreach efforts and client responses.
- Provide clear answers to routine product and service-related queries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and sales or service teams.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or relevant field.
- 3 yrs of experience as an appointment setter.
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Experience with CRM platforms and software used for tracking client interactions and appointments.
- Foundational knowledge of sales strategies and workflows to support effective appointment setting.
- Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines consistently.
- Detail-oriented in recording conversations and precisely scheduling appointments.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills for engaging with prospective clients.
