Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the full range of the company’s products and services.
  • To navigate and work with HubSpot CRM.
  • Engage with leads through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social networking.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and handle rescheduling as needed.
  • Maintain clear and precise documentation of outreach efforts and client responses.
  • Provide clear answers to routine product and service-related queries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and sales or service teams.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • 3 yrs of experience as an appointment setter.
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and software used for tracking client interactions and appointments.
  • Foundational knowledge of sales strategies and workflows to support effective appointment setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines consistently.
  • Detail-oriented in recording conversations and precisely scheduling appointments.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills for engaging with prospective clients.
