We are hiring a high-performance Appointment Setter to build conversations with clinic owners and book qualified calls into our sales process.
This is a foundational sales role with growth potential as the company scales.
- ₦300,000 monthly base salary
- ₦100,000 performance bonus per closed deal (signed and paid)
- Full-time remote role aligned with UK working hours
- Initial 3-month agreement
- Standard 30-day termination clause for both parties

Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting UK aesthetic and dental clinics across LinkedIn, email, and Instagram
- Sending personalised outreach messages daily
- Following up consistently and professionally
- Qualifying decision-makers before booking calls
- Positioning our Loom-based audit approach to generate interest
- Booking audit calls directly into founder’s calendar
- Tracking activity and outcomes in our system
- Maintaining high response quality and brand tone
This role combines quality and volume — intelligent outreach at scale.
We measure quality over activity alone.
Primary KPI:
- Number of qualified calls that show up
Typical targets:
- 200–300 personalised outreaches per week (once fully ramped)
- 3–8 booked calls per week
- High show-up rate through proper qualification
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years in appointment setting, outbound sales, or B2B prospecting
- Writes fluent, professional English suitable for UK business owners
- Understands LinkedIn outreach and professional email communication
- Can balance personalization with consistent daily volume
- Has strong emotional intelligence and conversation skills
- Is disciplined and comfortable working independently
- Discuss pricing or investment details
- Promise results or guarantees
- Book unqualified calls just to hit numbers
- Use copy-paste spam messages
