Architect at Black Pelican Group

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Architect to join our team at Black Pelican Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing design proposals, developing concepts, producing detailed drawings, and managing client accounts while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

• Prepare design proposals and quotations for interior solutions in collaboration with the Bagno Technik team.
• Generate leads, negotiate, and secure sales, contributing to the achievement of team and departmental targets.
• Develop concept plans, detailed drawings, specifications, and design solutions.
• Advise clients on the feasibility and practicality of their projects.
• Use design software such as AutoCAD and 3D tools for architectural drawings and visualizations.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise progress and ensure project timelines are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with specifiers, plumbers, installers, and suppliers to foster strong business alliances.
• Resolve issues arising during construction or installation activities.
• Manage client accounts, track project status, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality design concepts.
• Ensure compliance with architectural design codes, organizational standards, and project processes.
• Coordinate job orders, monitor progress, and prepare exception reports on design or procedural violations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D design software, and other relevant IT tools.
• Proven experience in architectural design, project supervision, and client management.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
