on behalf of our client in the real estate and construction industry. The role is to design innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing buildings and structures that comply with client requirements, regulatory standards, and technical specifications.

Ikota - Lekki, Lagos
300,000 Monthly Net (Negotiable)

1. Produce schematic designs, concept drawings, 3D renders, detailed working drawings, and construction documents.
2. Collaborate with civil/structural engineers, clients, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
3. Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and technologies for design suitability.
4. Prepare design documentation for planning approval and regulatory permits.
5. Visit sites to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
6. Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis & space planning.
7. Provide advice on design modifications during construction as necessary.
8. Lead client presentations and clearly communicate design intent.

1. B.Sc/M.Sc in Architecture.
2. Minimum 2 - 4 years relevant design and site experience.
3. Excellent AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & rendering skills.
4. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong presentation skills.
