We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a strong background in FMCG sales, particularly within the non-dairy products, milk, or related product categories.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing distributor relationships, and leading the regional sales team to achieve set targets and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Manage and support distributors to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and retail execution.
Ensure timely collection of payments and efficient stock management within the region.
Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to support management decisions.
Build strong trade relationships with key accounts and customers.
Drive the execution of marketing and promotional activities within the area.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years as an Area Sales Manager.
Strong background in NDC sales and experience with milk or dairy-related product lines.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
