Job Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement area-specific sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, retail partners, and channels.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend improvement actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, salons, and beauty stores.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in stores.
- Negotiate placements, promotions, and display opportunities to increase sales.
