• Handle a wide range of
  litigation matters
  , including case preparation, court appearances, and dispute resolution. 
• Provide advisory and transactional support on
  corporate/commercial law matters
  . 
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, well-structured opinions. 
• Manage cases and transactions
  independently
  , ensuring timely and quality delivery. 
• Collaborate with team members while
  supporting the overall management and growth of the firm
  . 
• Supervise junior colleagues where required and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. 

 

• 4–7 years PQE with demonstrable experience in
  litigation and corporate practice
  . 
• Strong analytical, drafting, and case management skills. 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results under deadlines. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• A proven
  team player
  with leadership qualities and the ability to
  assist in firm management
  .
