Job Description
Role Overview
- You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing B2B clients who need custom software and digital solutions.
- You must be comfortable selling high-value tech services, not physical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect businesses that need custom software solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and inbound follow-up
- Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and position our services effectively
- Present proposals and work with the technical team to shape solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Meet agreed revenue and deal targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales(tech, SaaS, or digital services preferred)
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to understand business problems and position technical solutions
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Results-focused with a track record of closing deals
