Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out all activities relating to sales
- Acquire new customers and retain existing customers for the bank whilst representing the brand positively
- Meet required financial targets/ sales budgets.
- Obtain customer information and determine eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements
- Provide Correct and complete information to customers on the organization's products and services.
- Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints within stipulated timeframe.
- Provide feedback on processes, products, and procedures for business improvement.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve organization and unit objectives
Requirements:
- B.Sc. (Minimum of 2.2)
- Ideal applicant must have completed NYSC
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales or marketing in any financial institution.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills & business knowledge
