Bank Secretary/Compliance Officer at a Microfinance Bank

A licensed Unit Microfinance Bank located in Owerri, Imo State invites applications from qualified, experienced, and integrity-driven professionals for the position of Bank Secretary/Compliance Officer.

• Provide corporate secretariat support to the Board and committees, including meeting coordination, minutes, resolutions, and statutory records management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CBN, NDIC, AML/CFT, and other statutory requirements, including timely filings and returns.
• Advise the Board and Management on corporate governance, policies, and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor internal compliance, documentation standards, and regulatory reporting processes.
• Facilitate effective communication with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, documentation, confidentiality, and communication skills with high integrity.
