Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for any level of basic class pupils.
Create a positive, safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
Assess and monitor pupils’ progress and provide feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and manage pupils’ behavior effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support pupils’ development.
Participate in school activities, programmes, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education, particularly Early Childhood or Primary Education.
Teaching experience in primary school which is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, organizational, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching young children and fostering their growth.
Ability to create a creative, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and management.
