Responsibilities
- Identify customer’s needs and preferences, providing personalized advice on suitable beauty products.
- Demonstrate makeup application, skincare routines, and other beauty techniques.
- Drive sales by promoting products and services, potentially including upselling or recommending new items.
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and build a strong and stable customer base and relationships.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized, adhering to hygiene protocols, and ensuring product displays are attractive.
- Keep abreast on latest beauty trends.
- Receiving customers in the store and providing professional beauty consultation services for customers who come to the store.
- Assist the store manager to do a good job in store management.
- Training of employees across several stores in beauty sales skills.
Required Skills
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of various beauty products, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Sales and Persuasion Skills.
- Solid Customer Service Orientation.
- Adaptability and Multitasking.
- In-depth understanding of beauty products, skincare, makeup techniques and applications.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
