Job Description

Responsibilities

To ensure the bottling machine is available and working effectively:

Grip of bottles – this is to avoid leakages during filling; check the seals and replace as necessary.
Adequate pressure – ensure constant air pressure is maintained.
Ensure the drive motor is in good working condition, i.e., check gearbox, oil/grease as necessary.
Ensure the filling lines are clean.
Ensure washing and capping machines are in good working conditions.
Ensure filling levers are properly adjusted.
Ensure the bottling machine area is clean.
Ensure proper synchronization of the filling and capping machines.

Requirements
