Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve deposit mobilization and loan disbursement targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the branch's customer base.
- Promote the organization's products and services to prospective clients.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch, including customer service, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and manage branch expenses and profitability.
