Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches that deliver sustained double-digit growth.
- Lead new product commercialization and category innovations to capture consumer opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Oversee integrated marketing plans across digital, traditional, and trade channels, ensuring ROI-driven execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, R&D, and finance to deliver business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years’ progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility and success in managing brand portfolios.
- Proven track record in product launches, marketing campaigns, and revenue growth delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, consumer insights, and business intelligence tools.
