We are recruiting an experienced 

to manage and execute our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on building experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and stakeholders.

• Interpreting Plans:
  Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide accurate construction.
• Site Preparation:
  Clear and prepare sites, set up equipment, and enforce safety measures.
• Structural Work:
  Construct building foundations, walls, roofs, and other structural elements using appropriate methods and materials.
• Finishing Work:
  Oversee the installation of windows, doors, fittings, and fixtures to complete the building.
• Demolition and Excavation:
  Supervise or execute demolition of existing structures and excavation for new construction.
• Scaffolding:
  Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently.
• Heavy Machinery Operation: S
  upervise the use of heavy equipment for site preparation and construction.
• Laying Pipes and Ducts:
  Install plumbing, electrical, and mechanical ducts to support building systems.

• B.Sc. or HND in Building Technology.
• Minimum of 
  6 years cognate experience
  in building construction.
• Solid knowledge of building methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be 
  female
  and reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity.
