As a Business Developer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong customer relationships. You'll work both independently and as part of a high-performing team to achieve and exceed targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories.
• Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track and report key performance metrics and sales data.

• A
  Bachelor’s Degree
  in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• NYSC discharge certificate
  is mandatory.
• Strong
  communication, presentation, and negotiation
  skills.
• Ability to work
  independently and collaboratively
  in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven, proactive, and resilient personality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
