Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will support the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, assisting in building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
This role requires a proactive and driven individual with strong communication skills who can balance research, prospecting, and client engagement while supporting the wider business development team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of business development strategies to secure new clients and revenue opportunities.
Build and maintain an active pipeline of leads across target industries and service areas.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
Assist in preparing tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations for clients.
Engage with potential clients through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.
Support end-to-end client engagement from initial contact through onboarding and relationship management.
Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams (Services, Operations, and Creative) to align proposals and delivery with client needs.
Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency experience is a plus).
Proven ability to engage clients and contribute to revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct research and provide market insights to support strategy.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in the media, consulting, branding, or marketing industry is highly desirable.
