Job Summary
A reputable real estate firm is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving property sales through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients to meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Actively promote the company’s real estate products and investment opportunities to individuals and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Develop marketing and sales initiatives to increase visibility and drive leads.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Participate in property tours, exhibitions, and client meetings to close deals.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Salary
- (₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Gross, based on experience) + Commission
