We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales and business opportunities
  • Generate and follow up on leads for solar installations and energy solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solar solutions
  • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and industry events

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or business development (energy/solar experience is an advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
  • Good knowledge of the Nigerian market (or relevant market)
