Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing mid-to-large client accounts across shipping, logistics, and import/export services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within logistics and freight forwarding
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close profitable accounts
Own client relationships from prospecting through onboarding and handover
Engage clients with strong technical understanding of logistics services and trade processes
Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts

Requirements:

3–5 years’ proven BD/Sales experience in logistics/shipping/freight forwarding (mandatory)
Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
Client-facing experience managing commercial accounts
CRM usage and reporting discipline
