Job Description
JC International is a leading Training, Inspection, Asset Integrity Maintenance, and Pipeline & Process Services company providing world-class solutions to the oil and gas industry across Africa and beyond. We are need of a Business Development Executive to drive sales in our Training school.
The Ideal candidate will have experience is developing and implementing business development strategies for expanding the training school.
Responsibilities:
- To sell and generate revenue for the Training division
- Develop marketing and sales strategy to increase revenue for the Training division.
- Profitable utilization of the company’s training divisional facilities and assets through effective marketing.
- Register all clients’ training requests for accurate billing and invoicing.
- Responsible for prompt renewal of training running contracts.
- Ensures compliance with training quality manual procedure.
- Ensure that the training facility is auditable at all times for both clients and regulatory bodies.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with clients.
- Maintain existing accounts by following up with Leads and attending to clients’ request promptly.
- Identify and attend relevant Training events, exhibitions and conferences.
- To establish new accounts by developing and expanding sales through client visits/telephone enquiries/email and electronic communication.
- Re-activate inactive accounts by following up with Leads and understanding their training needs
- Ensure Business expansion and increase in market share index through networking and effective marketing.
- Work with the digital marketing team to showcase the Training service division in limelight.
- Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective Clients & Regulators.
- Ensure vendor registration of Training services with key clients.
- Ensure timely submission of all Training tenders.
Qualifications/Requirements
- BSC/HND in any discipline
- At least 6-year work experience in sales & business development
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Presentation skill
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to complete tasks on time
- Tender Packaging Experience is an added advantage
- Experience in Oil and industry is an added advantage
