Job Description
Job Purpose
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client and partnership opportunities across global markets
- Build, onboard, and manage strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, money managers, and institutional partners
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to design high-impact acquisition campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities worldwide
- Monitor partner performance, optimize revenue channels, and deliver strategic insights to leadership
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the CFD/forex space
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and internal compliance frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales within a CFD/forex broker or financial services firm
- Strong understanding of leveraged trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, and global financial markets
- An established network of IBs, affiliates, or institutional contacts is a strong advantage
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
