Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a contract position and a hybrid role based in Lagos, with some work from home flexibility. Key responsibilities include market research, developing growth strategies, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategy Development
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of the Tech industry and related markets
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with CRM software and MS Office applications
3 -5 years of experience
