Job Description
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies for podcast sponsorships, branded content, and media partnerships
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential brand partners, advertisers, and sponsors
- Assist in pitching media solutions tailored to client objectives
- Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, and client communication
- Collaborate with the content and production teams to align brand deliverables
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, and post-campaign reports
- Track sales performance and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Represent Huntaclay Media and Good News Naija Podcast professionally in meetings and industry engagements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in sales, media sales, advertising, or partnerships
- Strong understanding of digital media, podcasts, content marketing, or influencer marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking is an advantage.
