Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies for the company.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
