Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a long-term business development and marketing strategy.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across various industries.
  • Oversee and optimize sales pipeline management for both new and existing clients.
  • Provide market insights on pricing, service offerings, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead and mentor the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to exceed set targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, providing thought leadership to position the company ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal eams to shape product development strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years post-NYSC experience, with at least 6 years in Sales and Business Development.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a BDM leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in marketing principles, competitive analysis, and sales enablement tools.
