Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand client base and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships within the media and entertainment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate organizations, and direct clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, sales, and marketing) to align business goals with service delivery.
- Track market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee agency sales, direct sales, and client services while ensuring targets are met.
- Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or client services within the media industry (broadcast, digital, or advertising).
- Strong network and relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Leadership and team management experience will be an added advantage.
