- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies that enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the company’s reach and revenue.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the brand and increase sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing efforts to build brand visibility.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (fitness/wellness industry experience is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Must be resident within Ago Palace Way, Okota, or its environs (proximity to our office is required).
