- We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our HR Outsourcing services.
- The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our outsourcing solutions, including recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and HR advisory.
- This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking, negotiation, and sales skills to help position our company as a trusted HR partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR outsourcing across multiple industries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Promote HR outsourcing services such as talent acquisition, payroll outsourcing, compliance management, and employee outsourcing.
- Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (HR outsourcing/consulting experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing services and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business networks.
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
