The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base, and strengthening strategic partnerships. The role requires a commercially astute professional with a deep understanding of logistics services, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term profitable relationships.

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across local and international markets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with organizational growth targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and commercial bids
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements within approved limits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure service excellence
- Monitor performance against revenue and growth targets and prepare management reports
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Prior experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain industry is highly desirable
- Experience handling corporate clients and complex commercial negotiations
