This is not a passive sales role. You will shape opportunities before they go to market, influence bid strategy, lead tenders end-to-end, and help position Energi Talent Resourcing as a trusted partner to operators, service companies, and investors across the energy value chain.

- Proactively engage clients before tender issuance, shaping scope, positioning, and commercial expectations
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas sector
- Support expansion into new accounts, markets, and investor-led opportunities
- Lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to compliant submission
- Coordinate research, strategy sessions, and proposal development to produce compelling, competitive bids
- Prepare and review all commercial, pricing, and risk elements of submissions
- Work closely with consultants, operations, procurement, legal, and finance teams to deliver aligned, high-quality submissions
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to gather technical and commercial inputs
- Run internal briefings once bids are secured to ensure seamless handover and delivery
- Follow up with NipeX, NAPIMS, and other industry bodies on bids and opportunities
- Manage compliance and renewals across DPR, NCDMB, NipeX portals, and related certifications
- Support meetings with potential investors, presenting Energi’s value proposition and negotiating commercial terms
- Track performance against KPIs and growth targets
- Lead post-bid reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain robust documentation, proposal libraries, and client records
- Strong written and verbal communication — persuasive, clear, and commercially sharp
- Solid understanding of Nigeria’s onshore and offshore Oil & Gas regulatoryenvironment
- Confident presenter with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines in fast-moving, high-stakes environments

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience in bidding, tendering, proposal management, or business development
- Exposure to the Oil & Gas or Energy sector strongly preferred
- Appetite to continuously learn and stay ahead of industry trends
