Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time
female Business Development Rep
to join our team. If you’re someone with grit, strong communication skills, and the ability to focus 100% on one role (no side jobs), this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects
- Conduct online research on potential leads and opportunities
- Use LinkedIn for prospect research, manage inboxes, engage, and build relationships
- Work with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) to stay organized
- Enter and track information in our CRM system (Pipedrive/HubSpot or similar)
- Support the team lead with admin and business development tasks
- Report progress daily to ensure transparency and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Female candidate only (non-negotiable)
- Full-time dedication: 8 hours/day, no other jobs or distractions
- Strong communication skills with clear English phonetics (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Grit, resilience, and the ability to push through challenges
- Experience in admin, VA work, customer service, or outbound calling is a plus
- Comfortable using Google Workspace + LinkedIn and other tools daily
- Familiarity with CRM tools (training can be provided)
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection
- Self-starter who can stay focused without constant supervision
