Job Description

Compensation: ₦200,000/month + High Commission (Uncapped)
Location: Remote (Nigeria-based preferred, selling to US clients)

Role Summary

We are hiring a hungry, high-performance closer who knows how to win deals and generate revenue consistently.

This is not a passive sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage contractors, construction firms, and business owners
  • Drive heavy outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email) daily
  • Take full ownership of the sales process from first contact to close
  • Follow up relentlessly until deals are won
  • Present services with clarity, confidence, and authority
  • Handle objections and push deals forward
  • Maintain a clean and organized pipeline
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

Call & Activity Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • 50–100 calls per day (non-negotiable)
  • 3–5 hours talk time daily
  • Aggressive follow-up on all prospects
  • Comfortable handling rejection and pushing through

What You’re Selling

  • High-value services for contractors and project-based businesses
  • Solutions that help clients operate more efficiently and perform better
  • Custom service packages tailored to business needs

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing deals (not just talking)
  • Strong confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
  • Relentless follow-up mentality
  • Results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Highly organized and disciplined

KPIs (Performance Metrics)

  • Daily call volume (50–100 calls)
  • Weekly qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate: 15–30%+
  • Monthly revenue closed (₦1M+ expected)
  • Fast response time (within 1 hour)

Compensation Structure

  • ₦200,000 base salary
  • Earning potential ₦500k – ₦1M+/month
  • Performance bonuses for top performers

Earning Potential: ₦300k – ₦700k+/month for strong closers
