About the Role

We are representing a fast-rising Real Estate Company in Lakowe, Lagos, seeking a high-performing Business Development / Sales Executive to accelerate sales growth and deepen market penetration.
This role is not for average performers—we are looking for someone who consistently delivers results, understands the local real estate market, and is eager to convert leads into multimillion-naira transactions. If you’re a goal-getter who thrives in a competitive environment and lives within or near Lakowe, this opportunity is for you.

Key Deliverables (Performance-Driven)

Hit or exceed ₦10m in monthly property sales.
Onboard 100+ active realtor partners every month to expand our sales pipeline.
Maintain a 15–20% conversion rate from leads to closed sales.
Conduct at least 4 property inspections weekly with qualified prospects.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, investors, and realtor partners.
Implement creative sales strategies to dominate the market.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in real estate sales or business development.
Strong ability to negotiate, network, and close deals.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Ambitious, self-driven, and relentless about hitting targets.
Must currently reside in or very close to Lakowe, Lagos (this is non-negotiable).
