Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts is advantageous.
Previous experience managing a bakery.
Act as a point of Business striving for sales for the pastry Depertment.
Experience in sales
Sound knowledge of different baking techniques.
The ability to work under pressure.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Excellent management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Source Revenue and tracking sales
Monitor sales and financial performance, manage budgets, and handle cash and point-of-sale reconciliations.
